Kuffiyeh Coffee was born in April 2024, after two years of research, branding, and crafting a menu that’s as bold and authentic as our Palestinian heritage. Built from the ground up—literally in our garage—everything you see was created by us, with no outside help.

As a family, we decided to launch our mobile coffee bar business with a goal to serve Chicagoland, our home for the last 25+ years, and also home to the largest Palestinian community in the U.S.

Why did we start? Because we’re passionate about coffee, Palestine, and uplifting our community. Our goal, to share our culture, our story, and a a taste of home with everyone we meet.
